Abstract

The clear cells renal carcinoma is the renal tumor of bigger worldwide incidence. His presentation oscillates in patient elders of 50 years, rare in younger patients of that age. This article presents a fatal case of renal carcinoma of clear cells in young patient. It has to do with a feminine patient of 34 elderly years that you were relieving with the use of analgesics that attends with abdominal pain in inferior left-hand hemiabdomen of great intensity, sharp, localized type and winker. Painful abdomen to the palpation and palpable mass at left-hand flank and fist painful percussion at renal homonymous grave. After confirmation and delimitation of the mass for tomography, they accomplished two weeks to him after radical nefrectomy left-hand, with analysis histopatologic of the anatomic piece of renal carcinoma of clear cells Status I. This case evidenced the peculiarity of the renal carcinoma of clear cells in a young patient, as well as his correct identification of fatal suggestive complications of advanced stadiums.
