Abstract
El concepto de Una Sola Salud representa un enfoque integrador e interdisciplinario que reconoce la interdependencia entre la salud humana, animal y ambiental. El objetivo fue: Analizar el concepto de Una Sola Salud en relación con enfermedades emergentes y reemergentes, factores causales, principales zoonosis globales y locales, plagas emergentes en plantas, y la importancia del diagnóstico oportuno. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron métodos empíricos (análisis documental) y teóricos (analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, análisis histórico-lógico, enfoque de sistema). Se consultaron 21 bibliografías. El enfoque de Una Sola Salud permite entender que las enfermedades emergentes y reemergentes, las zoonosis, las plagas de plantas y los riesgos ambientales forman parte de un mismo sistema de salud interconectado. Los factores que las favorecen, como el cambio climático, deforestación, globalización, movilidad humana y animal, exigen respuestas coordinadas entre los sectores humano, veterinario, agrícola y ambiental.References
